You can shop safely at Tigris Antiques & Art and have your purchase shipped to you or collect your purchased item from us.

The translation
The original language is Swedish. The translation into other language is automatic translation, because of this the translation is not always correct.

Condition
Our goods are used and sold according to pictures and any description. The products are sold without having been functionally tested, unless otherwise stated. For this reason, generally expected wear and tear from use and age or smell are not described.

Important: Remember to enter both customer number and item number at the bank transfer.
If the payment is made from abroad, you must pay all bank costs, both in your own bank and in the recipient bank, so that we receive the exact amount for the purchased item.

Combined shipping
We ship together all orders that are ordered at the same time, it is important that all items are placed in the shopping cart before you pay.
Items are packed and mailed via Schenker/Postnord/DHL within the same day or the day after the buyer has paid.

Customs and import VAT
As a rule, no customs duties are to be paid on trade between countries within the EU. Thus, if you live in an EU country and buy a product in another EU country, you do not have to pay customs duties on importing the product.
However, special rules apply when importing goods from EU borders.

To be able to buy goods from Tigris Antiques & Art, you must first create a customer account and read and approve our terms of purchase and sale and our privacy policy.

Prices
The price for an item with us is based on our experience from previous sales of the same type of item. It is the demand that determines the market price.

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you take the product.
If you e.g. receives or picks up an item on Monday the 1st, the right of withdrawal applies until Monday the 15th.
You pay the costs for returning the item yourself.
